There are 2 ways to enter:

• Purchase Entry: Entrants must visit puritan.com, call 1-800-645-1030, or complete a Puritan mail-in order, and upon making a purchase of any qualifying Puritan product on the Website, via a phone order, or via a mail-in order the Entrant will receive 1 automatic entry.
• Mail-in Entry (AMOE): Hand-print your full name, address, city, state and zip code, day and evening telephone numbers (including area codes), and e-mail address on a 3"x5" postcard and mail it in a #10 sealed envelope with proper postage affixed to: Puritan’s Pride Golden Getaway Sweepstakes Mail-in Entry, P.O. Box 1807, Clayton, GA, 30525, to be postmarked by June 30, 2024 and received by July 7, 2024.
