• Existing PSFCU members receive automatic entries based on years of membership. New members receive one automatic entry. Mail-in entries provide two entries per envelope, up to 25 envelopes.

Enter the Q3 Polish & Slavic FCU 50th Anniversary Sweepstakes using one or both eligible methods.

Membership Entry

• Existing eligible PSFCU members receive automatic entries based on qualifying membership years.
• New members who open a qualifying account during the promotion receive one automatic entry.

Free Mail-in Entry

• Handprint or type your required information on a 3 x 5 inch index card.
• Mail it in a #10 business envelope to: Q2 Polish & Slavic FCU 50th Anniversary Sweepstakes, PO Box 427, Newark, NY 14513.
• Each eligible envelope counts as two entries. Mail entries must be received by 07/10/2026.

Random Drawing

One winner will be selected in a random drawing on 16/10/2026. The potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or email within one to three business days after the drawing and must complete the required eligibility documents within the stated deadline.
