Make a purchase of one or more products from any of the thousand six hundred sixty-nine (1,669) participating Walmart physical retail stores. After that, take a photograph of the purchase receipt in png, jpeg, pdf, and tiff file types with a maximum file size of 10MB, and then visit www.pepsigamedaypromo.com and upload the Receipt Image and complete and submit the registration form with all requested details including first name, last name, street address, city, state, zip code, e-mail, phone number and date of birth.

Mail-in entry:

Just send your hand-written personal details including your first and last name, complete mailing address (no PO boxes), daytime phone number, date of birth, email address, and the Participating Store number nearest your residence (participating store list can be found at www.pepsigamedaypromo.com/stores) on a 3”x5” index card or piece of paper and send it in proper postage envelope to Pepsi Gameday Sweeps at Walmart, PO Box 2334, Addison, TX 75001.
