First make a purchase of qualified Organic Valley white milk product from any retailer and take a photograph of the valid receipt. After that, visit ov.coop/wintersweeps and upload photo and enter all required details like name, address, email address, date of birth, phone number and more and submit it.

Without purchase:

In order to enter, just write down your personal details like Full Name, Complete Mailing Address, E-mail Address and Phone Number and Birth Date on a plain 3x5 inch paper and mail it to Realtime Media, Attn: Organic Valley 2018 Winter Sweepstakes Entry, 200 Four Falls Corporate Center, Suite 130, Conshohocken, PA 19428.
