Limit: Each person can only enter one time during the Entry Period. The entrant must be at least 21 years or older at time of entry.

Look for the Instant Win Sweepstakes code in the December 2014 issue of O, The Oprah Magazine, available via subscription as early as November 3, 2014 and at newsstands approximately November 11, 2014 to December 8, 2014, while supplies last.

There are two ways to enter:

Method 1: Go to oprah.com/instantwincover on a computer or wireless device and complete and submit the entry form, along with the twelve-digit alphanumeric Instant Win Sweepstakes code, pursuant to the on-screen instructions. OR

Method 2: Send an email to [email protected] from a computer or wireless device and you will receive an automatic reply containing the Official Code; then follow the directions in the method 1.

One winner will be selected during the Entry Period from among all eligible entries received using the predetermined winning date and time.

Prizes

One Grand Prize: One winner will receive a prize package consisting of: selected items chosen by Oprah, from the 2014 O List Favorite Things edition appearing in the December 2014 issue of O, The Oprah Magazine, however such prizing shall be at the discretion of O, The Oprah Magazine (ARV: $13,237); and $3,971 in cash, which Winner may use, if they so elect, to help defray any tax liability they may incur in connection with their acceptance of the Prize Package. Total ARV: $17,208.
