Limit: One entry per Pool per day. The minimum age of an entrant must be al least 21 years as date of entry.

The Promotion Period consists of 3 Drawing Pools or Pool(s): 2 Monthly Drawing Pools, and 1 Grand Prize Drawing Pool.

Then, complete and submit the registration form by providing your complete name, telephone number, zip code and email address, and agree to the Official Rules. After the registration process, you will automatically receive one entry into the month’s Monthly Drawing Pool and one entry into the Grand Prize Drawing Pool.

Grand prize drawing will be conducted on or about October 2, 2015, and Two monthly prize drawing will be conducted on or about August 1, 2015 and September 1, 2015 to select potential winners, from among all eligible entries.

Two Monthly Prizes (one for July, and one for August): Dierks Bentley x OSM branded Fender Guitar (FA-100) with guitar bag. ARV: $200
