Upload a photo or screenshot of your itemized receipt showing the store name, date, and eligible product purchase during the Sweepstakes Period. One entry per receipt, regardless of the number of participating products on the receipt. Uploaded images must be under 5 MB.

Enter via Mail:

Hand-print your full name, mailing address, date of birth, and email address on a plain 3”x5” piece of paper and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with sufficient postage to: The OFF! to Adventure Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7777, Melville, NY 11775-7777.
