To nominate a teacher, go to nutrigrain.com/gotyourbackbin and follow the online instructions to register and complete your entry into the Sweepstakes by nominating a special teacher that you believe should be recognized. , you must provide your first and last name (as the nominator), your date of birth, email address, daytime phone number, the first name and first initial of the last name of the nominated teacher, and a brief story of how the teacher goes above and beyond for their students, at the time of registration.
