After you have fully completed the entry form and submitted the required information, you will automatically receive 1 entry into the Promotion. Must provide full name, phone number, and email address.
• By Mail: Send an entry via USPS by enclosing a plain 8.5”x11” paper indicating Entrant’s first name, last name, email address, and telephone number. Entrants are responsible for postage.
