• Entrants may not submit both an online entry and a mail-in entry.

• Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia and Canada, excluding Quebec.
• Online entrants must have a current free or paid MyFitnessPal member account. A MyFitnessPal membership is not required for the mail-in entry method.

How to Enter - MyFitnessPal® First Four Sweepstakes

Online Entry: Visit https://www.MyFitnessPalFirstFour.com/ and complete the registration form using the same email address associated with your MyFitnessPal account. Then log a minimum of any four meals within any one-week period through the MyFitnessPal website or app. The four meals do not need to be consecutive.

Free Mail-In Entry: Hand-print your first and last name, complete address, valid email address, and age on a 3 x 5 card or piece of paper. Also include a handwritten list of four meals eaten within one week, including a description of each meal and the date and time it was consumed. Mail it in a #10 business-size envelope with first-class postage to: MyFitnessPal First Four Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 278, Woodbridge, NJ 07095. Limit one entry per outer mailing envelope and one mail-in entry per person.

Random Drawing.

A random drawing will be conducted on or about 10/15/2026 to select a maximum of four potential grand prize winners from all eligible entries received. Potential winners will first be notified by email with instructions to call the Administrator and confirm eligibility and prize acceptance. If the Administrator cannot speak directly with a selected potential winner by phone within 48 hours of the initial email notification attempt, that entrant may be disqualified and an alternate may be selected. mdmgames.com

• Number of winners: Maximum of 4.
• Each U.S. winner receives $7,500 USD toward the purchase of one year of groceries, awarded by prize check.
• If awarded to a Canadian resident, the winner receives $10,545 CAD by prize check.
