Considering this, the MTV is holding an awesome sweepstakes to give their viewers chances to win an Underworld-themed trip to New York City or free tickets to see the fourth series of the movie Underworld in theater. To enter in the sweepstakes, visit underworld.mtv.com and fill up the all required fields in the online entry form. For your submission of the completed entry form, you will be entered in the sweepstakes.

There will be one grand prize and three first prize winners selected in the random drawing on the determined drawing date.

A grand prize winner will be awarded with a trip to New York City including $50 towards meal and beverages at Nightlife, two tickets for a 90 minute ‘Underworld’ Tour of haunted sites, tickets for a 20 minute evening helicopter ride above the city, a night out around NY famous landmarks and spending money (ARV: $4,835).
