Purchase Entry: Buy any 16 fl. oz. can of Monster Energy Ultra from a participating retailer (see Exhibit A) during the Entry Period and save your receipt. Then, either scan the QR code found on the in-store point-of-sale display or visit monsterenergy.com/aomsneakers. Upload a clear photo of your receipt and complete the online entry form to receive one Sweepstakes entry.

Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without purchase, hand-print your full name, residential address, phone number, email address, date of birth, and your signature on a 3"x5" card.
