How to enter MLS All-Star 10k Vaccination Giveaway:

There are two ways to participate in the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period:

Visit https://www.mlssoccer.com/getvaccinated and fill up the entry form including your full name, email address, city, state, zip code DOB, and favorite MLS team in order to receive one entry into the sweepstakes.

Mail-in entry:

Handprint your full name, valid address, phone number, email address, DOB, and the words “Get Vaccinated 2021 MLS All-Star Sweepstakes” on a plain 3 x 5 piece of paper and mail to:

Random Selection and notification:

Potential winners will be randomly selected on or about July 13, 2021. The winners will be notified by email. The winner's list is available on http://winners.teamdigital.com/MLSAllStar until September 27, 2021.

Prizes:

Each winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip for the winner and up to three guests to attend the 2021 MLS All-Star Game in Los Angeles, CA includes round-trip, free hotel accommodations for three nights, and four tickets to each of the following events:

Category A tickets to the MLS All-Star Game on August 25, 2021 Category tickets to the MLS All-Star Skills Challenge on August 24, 2021.
