How to Play Megastar Giveaway Instant Win Game:

To play the game and have a chance to win a prize, you need a scratch-off game piece that you can obtain by spinning the game wheel. Not all spins of the Game Wheel will yield a Game Piece; only five of the 16 sections offer Game Pieces. Each spin of the Game Wheel is referred to as a Game Play.

There are two ways to get a Game Play:

In-store: Visit a participating Shoe Carnival retail location during regular business hours and purchase at least three pairs of shoes to receive one spin of the Game Wheel for a chance to win a Game Piece.

Mail-in: Send a 3 ½” x 5" card with your name, address, city, state/territory, ZIP/postal code, phone number, and date of birth to Terry Crews Megastar Giveaway, Dept 13269, PO Box 5018, Stacy, MN 55078-5018. The Administrator will make a Game Play on your behalf.

If the arrow on the Game Wheel lands on a section designated for a Game Piece, you are the winner. If you're participating at a physical Location, you'll receive the Game Piece immediately during the Game Play at that Location.

How to Claim Prizes:

To claim your rewards, follow these steps:

If you have a winning Game Piece, visit a participating Shoe Carnival Location and present the original Game Piece to the cashier at the checkout counter.

OR

Visit www.megastargiveaway.com and complete the prize claim registration. Provide necessary details such as your name, address, email, phone number, date of birth, and the location where you received the Game Piece. Additionally, make sure to agree to the Official Rules.
