In this, the general public can vote online at MayhemDIY.com and on Twitter for which DIY teaser ad they'd like to see in full-length during the National Championship Game on January 11, 2016. On winning, fans will be rewarded with DIY tools and a grand prize of $25,000 to Lowe's. Just help in choosing the right selection, and win exciting prizes.

How to enter:

Online: Visit Mayhemdiy.com and watch four (4) videos of a DIY “fail person” and vote for which single “fail person” who should “lose their tools” and be highlighted in Allstate Mayhem advertisement (the “Videos”). Give vote for one of four and enter your e-mail address, and personal details to get entry in to the sweepstakes.

Twitter: Log in to your twitter account either (i) tweet a tweet provided on the Website, (ii) retweet a tweet provided or (iii) generate your original tweet using the one of the four hashtag combinations below to enter and vote for their favorite DIY fail video.
