• Follow the instructions to complete the registration form.
• Submit your entry into the Sweepstakes.

Mail-In Entry:

• Hand-print your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime and evening telephone numbers including area code, a valid email address, and the name of the sweepstakes on a plain piece of paper.
• Mail it in an envelope with sufficient postage to: Level Interactive, Inc. (d/b/a Level Agency), PO Box 1, 257 Connecticut Avenue, Rochester, PA 15074.
• Mail-in entries must be received by 11/07/2026 to be included in the random drawing.

Random Drawing
