After submitting the entry form, you will have the option to complete a brief survey to earn three bonus entries. The survey is optional and your answers will not impact your chances of winning.

Mountain Dew Giveaway Winner Selection:

All secondary prize winners will be selected randomly on or about October 1, 2025 from all eligible entries. Grand prize winners will be selected randomly on or about following drawing dates 8/15/25 or 10/1/25.
