TAKE A PIC of your receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase, and UPLOAD the receipt to ksummersweeps.com. Uploads must be completed within 14 days of the purchase of a Participating Product in order for the process to be completed; the Photo must include the entire receipt from top to bottom, including all 4 corners.
