How to Enter in Kool Sound City Sweepstakes:

There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

KOOLCOIN Rewards Points Redemption Entry:

Eligible entrants can participate by redeeming KOOLCOIN Rewards Points during the Sweepstakes Entry Period. To do this, you must first be a registered member of the KOOL website and have a KOOLCOIN Rewards Program account. If you're not already registered, you may create an account for free on the Website by clicking on “Create New Account” and completing the registration process, which includes age verification via a third-party data source and acceptance of the KOOLCOIN Rewards Program Terms and Conditions.Once registered, log into your Account, accept the terms and conditions, and follow the instructions to redeem your Points for entries.

Mail-In Entry (No Purchase or Points Required):

To enter without redeeming Points, hand-print your complete first and last name (no initials), valid email address, mailing address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3½” x 5” card. Place the card in an envelope with proper postage and mail it to: Sound City Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 4006 Dept. S9504, Grand Rapids, MN 55730-4006.

Kool Sound City Sweepstakes Winner Selection:

Winners of Kool Giveaway will be selected randomly on or about September 8, 2025 from all eligible entries.

Kool Free Vacation Giveaway Prizes:

One Grand Prize winner will receive an exclusive, fully curated trip for two to their choice of one of the following U.S. cities: Atlanta, Georgia; Chicago, Illinois; or New York, New York.

The Trip includes:

• Round-trip business class airfare from a major U.S. airport nearest to the winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor)
• 4 days/3 nights’ luxury hotel accommodations for two (one room, double occupancy; room rate and tax only)
• Concierge services to assist with coordinating meals and activities
• Hotel and airport transfers
• A $5,000 spending allowance awarded as a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner
• An additional $10,000 check to help offset potential tax liabilities

(ARV: $37,500)

Alternatively, the Grand Prize Winner may opt for a cash alternative of $15,000.00 in lieu of the Trip.
