Make a Qualifying Purchase at a Kohl’s store or on www.kohls.com and retain your receipt. Visit the Promotion Site and scan the barcode on your receipt. Only one Qualifying Purchase barcode can be scanned per day and each barcode may be used only once. You will earn “Punches” on your virtual Punch Card. After 3 Punches you earn 20 additional Sweepstakes entries; after 6 Punches you earn 50 additional entries; after 9 Punches you earn 100 additional entries.
