Make a purchase of specially-marked packages of Juicy Juice and then visit https://juicyjuice.com/slideintosummer. After that, enter the code from the package printed on the inside wrap cover of the 8 Pack juice box and fill out the entry form with all requested personal details.

Without purchase:

Just write down your personal details on name, telephone number, address, email address, and age on a 3”x 5” card and mail it in proper size business envelope to Juicy Juice Slide into Summer Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1008, Rocky Hill, CT  06067-1008.

How to request a free code:

Before July 15, 2021

Just send your hand-written code request with your name, telephone number, address, email address (if any), and age on a 3”x 5” card and mail it to Juicy Juice Slide Into Summer Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1008, Rocky Hill, CT 06067-1008

Once your request is confirmed by a sponsor, you will receive a Sweepstakes Code via return postal mail to be entered online.

Winner Selection:

All 705 winners will be selected randomly on or about August 13, 2021, from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
