QR Code Entry: Using a mobile device, scan the QR code shown on ION networks at various times during the Promotion Period and follow the instructions to complete the entry form. A successfully submitted entry receives one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Random Drawing

After the close of the Promotion Period, one (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries.

Shortly after the drawing, Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner by phone and/or email. The potential winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours of the initial notification attempt or may be disqualified.

• Number of winners: one (1).
• One five (5) day, four (4) night trip for the winner and up to three (3) guests to Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, Florida.
• Round-trip economy-class air transportation for the winner and guests from a major commercial airport near the winner's home to Orlando, Florida. For a Florida resident winner, air transportation may be substituted with another method of transportation at Universal Orlando's sole discretion.
• Four (4) nights of standard hotel accommodations in one room, quadruple occupancy, room and tax only, at Universal Terra Luna Resort or another Universal Orlando Resort hotel selected by Universal Orlando.
• Non-exclusive ground transportation between the airport and hotel in Orlando, Florida.
• Universal Orlando 4-Day Park-to-Park Tickets for the winner and guests, providing admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, Universal Epic Universe, and Universal Volcano Bay.
