Limit

The entrant’s age should be 21 years or above and there is a limit of 1 direct entry and a maximum of 3 bonus entries per person.

Then, complete and submit the entry form with all requested information (including your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and the first six digits of your Capital One card and/or any other information requested by the Sponsor) to receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes.
