Limit

• Open only to individuals who are physically located in and legal permanent residents of Michigan or Indiana.
• Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time and date of entry.
• An eligible entrant may receive a maximum of fifty (50) entries into each Monthly Entry Period drawing.
• An eligible entrant may receive a maximum of one hundred fifty (150) entries into the Grand Prize Drawing during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method.
• An entrant may win one (1) Monthly Period prize across all Monthly Periods but may also win the Grand Prize.

How to Enter - Ready, Set, Swipe Sweepstakes

Eligible Card Purchase Entry: Use an eligible Horizon Bank Mastercard Debit Card for signature-based purchase transactions. Entries earned during each Monthly Entry Period are based on the number of eligible transactions made during that period.

• 1-10 eligible transactions: ten (10) entries.
• 11-20 eligible transactions: twenty-five (25) entries.
• 21-30 eligible transactions: forty (40) entries.
• 31 or more eligible transactions: fifty (50) entries.

Entries earned during a Monthly Entry Period are entered into that applicable Monthly Entry Period drawing and are also included in the Grand Prize Drawing. Transaction totals do not carry over between Monthly Entry Periods.

Free Mail-In Entry: Hand print your full name, email address, complete mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, and the words “Ready, Set, Swipe Sweepstakes” on a plain 3 x 5-inch piece of paper and mail it in a sealed, stamped, hand-printed #10 envelope to: Ready, Set, Swipe Sweepstakes, 211 Greenwood Ave. 2-2, Promo 532, Bethel, CT 06801.

Each eligible mail-in entry receives fifty (50) entries into the applicable Monthly Entry Period drawing and Grand Prize Period drawing. Entries may be mailed as often as desired, but each must be mailed separately and is subject to the overall entry limits.

Random Drawing

Four (4) random drawings will be conducted by the Administrator on 12/15/2026: three (3) Monthly Period drawings and one (1) Grand Prize drawing.

Potential winners will be notified by telephone, email, and/or mail, with the notification method selected by the Administrator. Potential winners may be required to return Prize Claim Documents within five (5) business days of notification.

• Winner receives $5,000 in the form of a check.
• Individual ARV: $5,000.

First Prize:

• Number of winners: twelve (12), with four (4) winners per Monthly Period.
• Each winner receives one $1,000 Mastercard Prepaid card.
• Individual ARV: $1,000.

Second Prize:

• Number of winners: thirty (30), with ten (10) winners per Monthly Period.
• Each winner receives one $250 Mastercard Prepaid card.
• Individual ARV: $250.

Third Prize:

• Number of winners: thirty (30), with ten (10) winners per Monthly Period.
• Each winner receives one $100 Mastercard Prepaid card.
• Individual ARV: $100.

Total ARV of All Prizes: $27,500.
