• Only one (1) entry is allowed per person.

How to Enter - Horace Mann's 2026 Back to School Sweepstakes

Online Entry: Visit https://woobox.com/2o8ad4 and complete and submit the online entry form.

Coffee Gift Card Entry: Comment on Sponsor's promotional social media posts on Facebook or Instagram for the Coffee Gift Card drawing.

Fax Entry: Print the entry form and submit it by facsimile to 217-788-5161 with “ATTN: Marketing/2026 Back to School Sweepstakes” at the top of the form. Fax entries must include an “x” or checkmark beside the statement agreeing to the Official Rules.

Random Drawing

Five Promotion Gift Card drawings will be held on 08/07/2026, 08/14/2026, 08/21/2026, 08/28/2026 and 09/04/2026, with ten (10) individual winners selected at each drawing.

One (1) Coffee Gift Card winner will also be randomly selected on each of those five drawing dates. A Grand Prize School Drawing will be held on 09/04/2026 from among the previously selected fifty-five (55) individual winners, and twenty (20) additional individual winners will be selected from among those previously drawn winners for school building prizes.

Sponsor will attempt to contact each winner by email within ten (10) days after that winner is selected. Winners may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release and required tax forms within seven (7) days of receipt or within the period specified by Sponsor.

Promotion Gift Card Prize (50 Winners): 

• Each winner may choose either one (1) $250 Amazon.com Gift Card or one (1) $250 Target Gift Card. 
• Winners residing in Georgia, Nevada, New Mexico, or Washington will instead receive a choice of either one (1) $100 Amazon.com Gift Card or one (1) $100 Target Gift Card. 

Coffee Gift Card Prize (5 Winners): 

• Each winner may choose either one (1) $50 Starbucks Gift Card or one (1) $50 Dunkin’ Donuts Gift Card. 
• Eligible entrants may win both a Promotion Gift Card and Coffee Gift Card, subject to the $100 total gift-card limit for residents of Georgia, Nevada, New Mexico, and Washington. 

Grand Prize School Prize (1 Winner): 

• Winner’s school will receive a classroom makeover valued at up to $25,000. 
• Classroom makeover will be provided by Lakeshore Learning. 

School Building Prize (20 Winners): 

• Each winner’s school building will receive a prize valued at $1,500. 

Total ARV of All Prizes: Up to $67,750.
