Then, complete the entry form with all required information, including your name, address, state of residence, date of birth, phone number, and e-mail address.
• Entry Method No. 2 - Print your name, address, date of birth, telephone number, and “HBOKTOBERFEST24” Sweepstakes on a 3” x 5” card and mail in an envelope to: P.O. Box 40216, Phoenix, AZ 85067.

The Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two to the 2024 Oktoberfest in Helen, Georgia, event is scheduled for September 6 – September 8, 2024, 2 roundtrip coach airfare, 2-nights and 3-days hotel accommodations based on double occupancy (standard room) on September 6, 2024 and September 7, 2024; $400.00 gift card which may be used for local travel, 2 German Tracht outfits and (2) 2-day tickets to the 2024 Oktoberfest (September 6, 2024 and September 7, 2024) (ARV: $2,600).
