Limit: Entrants must be legal residents of and currently reside in the contiguous United States. They should either be serving or have served in the active duty, National Guard, or Reserve components of the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, or Coast Guard with an honorable discharge, or currently be married to a current member of these branches. Entrants must also possess a valid driver’s license and be at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Only one entry is allowed per person.
