How to enter:

During the promotion period, visit www.HealthierByTheSmile.com and follow the instruction to submit your official entry form with all requested details and upload a picture of your dog which is not compulsory as well as it will not increase your chances of winning.

Winner selection:

Four weekly prize winners will be selected randomly on or about the following dates: 2/9/22, 2/16/22, 2/23/22, and 3/2/22. One grand prize winner will be chosen on or about 03 March 2022, and contacted via e-mail within 2 business days from the date winner is selected. Grand prize winner must respond to the notification within five days and complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release, and/or IRS Form W-9 and publicity release to claim the prize.
