How to Enter Harry's Cash Sweepstakes

Sweepstakes includes 2 Phases as outlined below:

Phase 1 Registration (January 1, 2022 - February 15, 2022): Visit harrys.com/win and follow the instructions to register, which will require you to: (i) provide your first name, last name, and email address; (ii) create a password for the purposes of subsequent participation in the Sweepstakes; and (iii) agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, Harry’s Privacy Policy and other terms and conditions for the Site. You will automatically receive entry into the Quarter 1 grand prize drawing.

Phase 2 Registration (Starting from February 15): Visit the Site and follow the instructions to receive entry into the drawing for a Grand Prize and 3 game plays (each, a “Game Play”) to play a Sweepstakes-related game that will allow you to earn additional entries.

Additional Game Play Entries (Starting from February 15):

Purchase a Participating Harry’s Handle and Enter the Applicable Code: You will be awarded 15 Game Plays after purchasing a Participating Handle and entering the applicable code on the Site. If you purchased the Participating Handle in-store the code will be the handle’s universal product code (i.e., the numbers under the barcode). You may be required to upload on the Site a copy of the receipt that shows the purchase of the Participating Handle. If you purchased the Participating Handle online from Harrys.com, the code will be emailed to the email address associated with your purchase. The participating handles are the Harry’s Truman and Winston handles.

No Purchase Necessary Method Of Entering (AMOE Code): To receive 15 Game Plays without purchasing a Participating Handle, go to harrys.com/amoe to retrieve a code that can be entered on the Site.

Enter Code Word: You will be awarded 3 Game Plays for each unique code word you enter via the “Enter Codes” page on the Site. Code words may be released on Sponsor’s social media accounts, instore displays, via third party influencers, and/or via other marketing materials distributed. You may only enter each unique code word once. There is a maximum of 12 Game Plays to earn via this method.

Opt-In To Receive Emails from Harry’s: You will be awarded 5 Game Plays into the Sweepstakes when you sign up to receive email communications from Harry’s through the Site. You may only receive entries for the Sweepstakes once by opting-in to receive emails from Harry’s. You may later withdraw your opt-in consent to receive emails at any time without losing your entries.

Share With Friends: You will receive 2 Game Plays for each friend of yours who, at your direction, registers for the Sweepstakes for the first time in accordance with any of the 3 methods outlined below:

Personal Link or Banner: To retrieve your personal web link, click on the “Share” link and locate the personal web link or personal banner on this page. A unique link will be displayed which you can copy to share. You may wish to post your link on instant messenger, blogs, message boards, social media accounts and personal web pages or in emails.

• Twitter Post Invites: To invite friends via Twitter, log in to the Site, click on the Twitter® icon in the “share with friends” section, and perform the following three required steps: (i) click to post the predefined message that is provided by Sponsor; (ii) enter your Twitter username; and (iii) press the “Tweet” button.
• Facebook Post Invites: To invite friends via Facebook, if you are a Facebook user registered through Facebook Connect, click on the Facebook icon in the “share with friends” section. You will then be able to post a message on Facebook regarding the Sweepstakes.

The Game

To play the Game, follow the on-screen instructions to use one (1) Game Play and press “Play Now” (each, a “Play”). After you have pressed “Play Now,” at the start of the Game, you will be presented with 3 icons. You must then select 1 of the icons which, when selected, will become uncovered. The uncovered icon will correspond with either:

• One (1), two (2), three (3), or four (4) entries to enter the drawing for a Grand Prize;
• One (1), two (2), three (3), or four (4) entries to enter the drawing for a year’s supply of shaving supplies prize; or
• One (1), two (2), three (3), or four (4) entries to enter the drawing for a year’s supply of body wash prize.

Once you have revealed the entries that correspond with the applicable uncovered icon, you can select to either: (a) reveal a different icon, in which case you will not receive the entries associates with the previously uncovered icon, or (b) retain the entries associated with your current uncovered icon, in which case the Play is over and you will have to use another Game Play to begin another Play. You can only switch to reveal a different icon once per Game Play.
