Limit

The eligible entrants must be legal U.S. residents of AL, LA, MS or OH who are 21 years or older and must have a valid U.S. driver’s license or government-issued photo identification. There is a limit of 1 entry per person and per valid email address during the entire Registration Period.

How to Enter

To enter, scan the QR Code on the applicable point of sale material using your mobile device’s camera or directly visit MalibuRumDrinks.com/us/festival during the Registration Period. Each entrant must fully complete the online registration page with all required information including his/her name, valid email address, phone number (including area code), state of residence, zip code and date of birth.

Bonus Entry: If you choose to share the URL, you will earn 1 additional bonus entry into the Sweepstakes grand prize drawing for each entrant who completes an entry utilizing your shared personalized URL link.

Winner Selection

5 winners will be selected on or about, May 2, 2023, from all the eligible entries received by a random drawing.

Prizes

Maximum 5 winners (1 per prize pool): AL, LA and MS winners shall be awarded grand prize #1 and the OH winner shall be awarded grand prize #2 as outlined below.

Grand Prize 1 (2 from 1 AL resident, 2 LA residents and 1 MS resident): Each winner shall receive:

• 2 General Admission 3-day tickets to Hangout Fest in Gulf Shores, AL, scheduled to occur from May 20 – 22, 2022;
• 3-nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at a standard hotel as solely designated by Sponsor in Gulf Shores, AL metro area; check-in and check-out dates as solely specified by Sponsor, scheduled for 5/19/2023 – 5/22/2023 (3-nights);
• 1 $500 gift card, from the Sponsor designated gift card towards travel stipend, meals, incidentals and/or spending money.

The ARV of each Grand Prize #1 is $3,025.

Grand Prize 2 (1 from OH resident): The winner #2 shall receive:

• 2 General Admission 3-day tickets to Hangout Fest in Gulf Shores, AL, scheduled to occur from May 20 – 22, 2022;
• 3-nights standard hotel accommodations, double occupancy at a standard hotel as solely designated by Sponsor in Gulf Shores, AL metro area; check-in and check-out dates as solely specified by Sponsor, scheduled for 5/19/2023 – 5/22/2023 (3-nights);
• Round trip coach class airfare for 2 from the nearest major airport to the winner’s home as designated by Sponsor to the Sponsor designated airport servicing the Gulf Shores, AL metro area.

NOTE: In the event that airfare exceeds $1,500 at the time of booking, Sponsor reserves the right to award 1 $1,500 gift card in lieu of airfare, from the Sponsor-designated gift card towards travel.

The ARV of Grand Prize #2 is $4,025.
