• Make a Purchase to Obtain a Receipt: An eligible entrant may purchase any Godiva product in-store or online at a participating retailer while supplies last, and keep the receipt of the qualifying purchase.
• Without a Purchase to Obtain A Code: (a) an entrant may legibly hand write his/her full name (no initials), complete street address (no P.O. Box), age, and valid e-mail address on a 3½” x 5” properly stamped postcard and mail it to The Godiva Valentine’s Day Instant Win Game Code Request, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325; or (b) visit GodivaInstantWin.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including, but not limited to: his/her first and complete last name (no initials), valid e-mail address, phone number, street address (no P.O. Boxes will be allowed), city, state, and zip code, and receive 1 unique Code via e-mail.

How to Play Instant Win Game:

• After an entrant has obtained a Code or Receipt, he/she must visit GodivaInstantWin.com and either enter a Code or upload a Receipt, by following the instructions;
• To upload a Receipt, the entrant must follow the instructions to upload a photograph of the original register receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase. Each entrant must circle the 3 Qualifying Purchase items on the original Receipt. The file must be in .JPEG, .JPG, .GIF, or .PNG format and may not exceed 10 MB. No PDFs will be accepted.
