How to Enter

There are 2 methods of entry.

• Online Entry: To enter, visit attn.tv/lg/giveawaytermsoled.html and follow all entry instructions to sign up for SMS or Emails, complete the entry form and submit to receive 1 entry into the Sweepstakes.
• Mail-In Entry: To enter by mail, hand print your name, complete address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number, and birth date on a 3” x 5” card and mail it to LG SMS/Email Sign Ups Sweepstakes Entry, PO Box 728, Social Circle, GA 30025-728.
