How to participate:

Enter all requested details in entry form and upload photo, provide description of dish and then select the firehouse subs sandwich that you believe pairs well with your side.

All submission will be judged by qualified panel of judges on the basis of following judging criteria: (a) 25% based on appetite appeal; (b) 25% based on creativity and compatibility with the chosen sandwich; (c) 25% based on appearance and presentation; and (d) 25% based on clarity of dish description.
