If you have chosen mail-in entry way, then you will have to visit any Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar during the Sweepstakes Period and collect an official in-store entry form or print your first name, last name, home address, city, state, zip code, mobile phone number, email address, birth date on 3x5-inch card. On or about September 7, 2012, a random drawing will be held to select one Grand Prize winner from all received eligible entries during overall sweepstakes period.

As grand prize, lucky winner will get an opportunity to go for trip with one guest to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The Grand Prize travel package worth $3,500 consists of two nights of resort accommodations, roundtrip coach-class air transportation and $500 in spending money for meals and incidentals.
