Just download the Bed Bath & Beyond Mobile app for IOS to your mobile device and visit your local, participating Bed Bath & Beyond store and locate the sweepstakes signage in-store. After that, scan the check-in QR code to find out three departments or brands featuring additional signage with symbols and QR codes. Visit all three (3) departments/brands and use your App to scan all three QR codes to access sweepstakes site and submit your entry to get one main entry and 3 additional entries.

visit FindandScanSweepstakes.com and follow instructions to complete and submit official entry form with all requested details like name, address, email address, date of birth, phone number, zip code and more.

How to earn bonus entry:

Just visit local Bed Bath & Beyond store and find out the sweepstakes signage in-store. Signage featuring Sweepstakes symbols and QR codes will appear in 3 departments or 3 brand areas of the store. Take note of the specific symbols on each sign to answer the bonus question that appears on the registration form. You have to select the three symbols seeming on the in-store Sweepstakes signage from the provided list. If you correctly select all three symbols, you will receive three bonus entries into the Sweepstakes.
