• Take a photo of your receipt with your phone. (receipt must clearly show: date, store name/location, and which Feastables items you bought)

• Fill the online form + upload your receipt.

2) Enter free by mail (AMOE)

• Fill out the request form completely (name, address, email, phone, DOB, etc.)
• Select the day you want this to count for.
• Print the form.
