Mail-in Entry: on a 3"x5" card handprint your name, mailing address (with zip code), email address (if any), and daytime phone number and mail in a business size (#10) envelope to: Kohl’s Fall in Love with Kohl’s Sweepstakes Entry, P.O. Box 1559, Social Circle, GA 30025-9999.

Additional Entries: To receive up to 5 additional entries, follow the prompts on the website and share the sweepstakes via email, Facebook or Twitter with friends. If your friend clicks on the designated hypertext link include in the email/post/tweet, and thereafter enters the sweepstakes, you will receive 1 additional entry.
