The entry limit for entrant in this Sweepstakes is one entry per person/email address/Facebook ID per day regardless of entry-method. Moreover, the entrant’s age must be 18 years or above at entry time.

The random selection of the winner will be done on or about November 3, 2013 from all the valid entries received.

One grand prize winner will get prize of personal training and fitness consultation with Jillian Michaels at Los Angeles for three days/two nights. This prize also includes free airfare to Los Angeles, free hotel stay and transportation expenses, a Jillian Michaels package of autographed books and DVDs and a one-year supply of EBOOST. Its ARV is $2500.

Five first prize winners will be awarded by Jillian’s Body Revolution Workout Program and a $100 Vitamin Shoppe gift card. Its ARV is $1450.

Twenty five second prize winners will get a Jillian Michaels workout DVD and a $25 Vitamin Shoppe gift card. Its ARV is $1000
