• Entrants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their local jurisdiction, if older.
• The Sweepstakes is not available to residents of the State of Washington. Residents of OFAC-sanctioned countries and persons appearing on the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals List are not eligible. The rules specifically identify excluded countries including the Balkans, Belarus, Burma, Cote D'Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria and Zimbabwe, and the Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
• Eligible entrants may use multiple entry methods. Only one person may be entered per Entry.

How to Enter - EAA Aviation Foundation Sweepstakes

Online Donation Entry:

2. Select a donation amount and complete the required contact and payment information.
3. After the donation is submitted, the Sponsor sends a donation receipt containing the Entry number or numbers by email.

Donation entry levels are $25 for 18 entries, $50 for 40 entries, $100 for 90 entries, $350 for 400 entries, $500 for 650 entries, $750 for 1,150 entries, $1,000 for 1,750 entries and $2,000 for 4,000 entries.

Mail-In Donation Entry:

Mail a donation with first name, last name, email, phone number and address to: EAA Aviation Foundation, Inc., Attn: Sweepstakes Entries, 3000 Poberezny Rd, PO Box 3816, Oshkosh, WI 54903. Eligible mailed donations must be postmarked within the Sweepstakes Entry Period and received within five (5) business days thereafter.

Free Mail-In Entry:

1. Visit https://www.tapkat.org/eaa-aviation-foundation-inc/r9j3B5 and click “Click here to enter without a donation.”
2. Complete the required information and submit the request.
3. Print the mailer provided on the Alternative Method of Entry page and follow its instructions.
4. Mail it postage paid to: Sweepstakes Entry, 6525 Gunpark Drive, Suite 370-505, Boulder, CO 80301.

Each eligible free mailer receives eighteen (18) Entries. Mailers must be hand addressed and mailed individually; bulk shipments are not processed.

In-Person Donation Entry:

Donation Entries may also be accepted by the Sponsor in person at certain designated locations and are processed in accordance with the online donation entry method.

Bonus Entries:

The Sponsor may from time to time offer promotions through which Entrants can obtain additional Entries.

Random Drawing

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing on or about 09/08/2026 from all valid Entries received.

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided to the Sponsor at entry. The potential winner must respond to the notification within thirty (30) days and, after notification, confirm acceptance of the Prize or Grand Prize Cash Option, if offered, within ten (10) days.

Grand Prize:

• Number of winners: One (1).
• Subject to at least $250,000 in donation proceeds being received, the winner receives a 2025 Ford F-150 Raptor R.
• Approximate value: $114,250.
• If less than $250,000 in donation proceeds are received, the Sponsor will instead award 25% of the total donation proceeds to the qualified selected winner.
