Each qualifying Bundle contains one (1) physical scratch-off game ticket revealing either a winning or non-winning message and a unique twelve (12)-digit alphanumeric code.

Free Mail-In Entry: Handwrite your complete first and last name, email address, telephone number, street address, city, state, ZIP Code, and date of birth in MM/DD/YYYY format on a 3½ x 5-inch card and mail it with sufficient postage to: Dr. Squatch Loot Box, 47 W Division St., #374, Chicago, IL 60610. Each eligible Mail-In Entry is worth one (1) entry.

Prize Claim: A participant receiving a winning Scratcher must visit speedrunmdm.com/lootbox and submit the winning code with the requested information. Winning codes must be submitted no later than 11/15/2026.

Random Drawing

Twenty-five (25) winning Scratchers are randomly seeded throughout a pool of twenty-six thousand (26,000) Scratchers before distribution. After a winning code is submitted, the Administrator will contact the potential winner to verify eligibility. The potential winner must respond and return the required eligibility and liability/publicity documents within twenty-four (24) hours of being contacted.

If a Prize is forfeited after a potential winner fails verification or required response procedures, the forfeited Prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected in a random drawing from eligible entrants who made a qualifying purchase or submitted an AMOE request.
