You don't have to guess the answers perfectly to be entered to win a prize package worth more than $500! Simply complete the quiz and submit the form to be entered to win a prize pack worth more than $500!

Limit: To enter the sweepstakes, the entrant's age must be 18 years or above and there is a limit of 1 entry per person.
