During the Promotion Period, purchase specially-marked Outdoor 12-packs packages of Mtn Dew 12 oz. can 12-packs from participating retail stores and look for a Golden Fish Can (Golden Can) and winning certificate. If you find a Golden Can and winning certificate, you are a potential winner of the Prize indicated.
Mail-in (without purchase):
Handprint your name, address, city, state, zip, date of birth, phone number, and email and send it with proper postage to Mtn Dew 2021 "Hook the Big One Golden Can Game" Play Request, Attn: JM, PO Box 442, Sound Beach, NY 11789. You will not receive a game piece, if you are a potential winner, then you will be contacted to verify eligibility & complete any required documents.
