You need to complete the required fields on-screen, providing name, date of birth, address, state, phone number and email address. Then you will be prompted to select a self-care category for a chance to win instant prizes.

Winner Selection

1 Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about, March 3, 2023, from all the eligible entries received by a random drawing.
