How to Enter Culver’s Luck Sweepstakes

There are 2 ways to obtain a game card and a code:

1. Make a Purchase: Purchase at least 1 Regular Value Basket at a participating Culver’s store while supplies last. Upon making a Qualifying Purchase, the entrant will receive 1 “From Wisconsin With Luck” Game Card. Each Game Card contains 4 tabs with 1 tab containing a Code. (Note: Eligible entrants who are Florida residents are only eligible to receive a Game Card at Culver’s Florida locations).
2. Without a Purchase: (i) Mail-in Game Card Request- an entrant may legibly hand write his/her full name (no initials), complete street address (no P.O. Box), age, and valid e-mail address on a card and place in a properly stamped envelope including a self-addressed stamped envelope and mail it to The From Wisconsin With Luck Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes – Game Card Request, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325; or (ii) Promo Code Request- use the Code WKMYXBXKYMHX to obtain a Code.

• Instant Win Game: after an entrant has obtained a Game Card and Code, he/she must visit culvers.com/luck, and complete and submit the registration form including, but not limited to, his/her valid e-mail address and agreement to these Official Rules. Then enter the code, and after registering or logging in and entering a Code, the entrant must then follow the on-screen instructions to play the Instant Win Game.
• In-Store Game: Upon receiving a Game Card, the entrant may open the other tabs to play the In-Store Game. Upon revealing a tab, an entrant may reveal an “In-Store Game Prize”.
