Alternatively, entrants can visit the Website directly. Complete the registration form by providing your full first/last name (no initials), phone number, email address, mailing address (no PO Boxes), state, and ZIP Code. Upon providing the required information, you will receive 1 entry.
• Social Media Instant Form: During the Sweepstakes Period, Jose Cuervo, UFC, or Draft Kings will share a Sweepstakes post on their official Facebook or Instagram page. Eligible entrants may click on the post and follow the instructions to complete the Instant Form. Upon providing the required information, you will receive 1 entry.

3 Grand Prize winners (1 per Quarter), 90 First Prize winners (10 per calendar month), and 390 Second Prize winners (10 per Week) from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The last random drawing will be conducted on or around January 6, 2025.
