Free Online Entry: Visit https://www.mlb.com/cubs/forms/take-the-field-with-toyota-sweepstakes, complete all required non-optional information on the online entry form, and submit it as directed.

Free Mail-In Entry: Hand-print your full name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime and evening telephone numbers, date of birth, optional email address, the promotion name, and the statement “I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the Sweepstakes Official Rules.” on a 3-by-5-inch piece of paper. Mail it in a sealed envelope with proper postage to:

Random Drawing

On or about 08/21/2026, ten potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received.

Potential winners will be notified using the email address, postal address, and/or telephone number supplied with the entry. Each potential winner must respond within one day of issuance of the notification and may be required to return eligibility, liability, and publicity documents within the same one-day period.
