Purchase a Crunch Fitness membership: Entrant can earn 3 extra entries by purchasing a Crunch Fitness membership.

Mail-in: Just write down your name and mailing address, email address, and the address of your nearest Crunch Fitness location on a piece of paper and mail it in an envelope to Crunch Tesla Sweepstakes, c/o PCG365, LLC, P.O. Box 1008, Manhasset, NY 11030.

Crunch Win A Tesla Sweepstakes Winners Selection:

One Grand Prize winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries on or about January 29, 2021, and notified by the email address or mailing address at the time of Entry on or about February 5, 2021. Grand Prize Winner must complete, sign, and return a Declaration of Compliance or similar documentation and a Form W-9 within 10 days of notification.

Cruise With Crunch Sweepstakes Prizes:

One grand prize winner will receive 2021 Standard Range plus Tesla 3 vehicle (ARV: $38,000 USD/$50,595 CAD) and $4,000 USD/$5,325 CAD to pay for all applicable sales tax on the Prize Vehicle.
