Online: Logon to www.crackerbarrel-survey.com and select the language. Then, enter the access code printed on the receipt and respond to several questions regarding your most recent experience at Cracker Barrel

Mail: Hand print your name, address, phone number and date of birth on a postcard and mail it to: Cracker Barrel Sweepstakes, PO Box 16500, Rochester, NY 14616.

Six Grand Prize winners (one per Entry Period) will be selected randomly on pre-determined drawing dates.

The grand prize winners will be awarded with a Cracker Barrel rocking chair (ARV: $150 each) or a $100 Cracker Barrel Gift Card (ARV $100 each).
