Limit

To enter into the sweepstakes, the entrant’s age should be 18 years old or above and there a limit of 1 entry per person per day. Void in Florida, Rhode Island, and New York.

How to enter

There are 2 ways to enter:

Online: Visit chicagobears.com/sweepstakes/12-days-of-bears-giveaways and complete the entry form with your first name, last name, age, address, e-mail, and telephone number to enter the sweepstakes.
Through the Bears Mobile App: Download the Bears Official Mobile App by searching for "Chicago Bears" app in the Android Marketplace or Apple App Store. Once the app is opened, tap on more and then tap "12 Days of Bears Giveaways" to fill out the form to enter the sweepstakes. Limit 1 entry per mobile device per day.

Winner selection and notification

Each day's winners will be selected in a random drawing held that day after the entry period ends and will be notified via email.
