Limit: Up to four entries per person per entry method and a maximum of eight answers/entries per person per Entry Period. Entrant must be 18 years old or older at the time of entry.

Participants can enter the sweepstakes by two ways such as online, and by mobile device. In first way, visit www.cbs.com/verizon, register there, and follow the instructions to fill up the Sweepstakes entry form by entering your ID and Password, providing your answers for questions of that week and submit it during weekly entry period.

In second way, send a text message with the phrase "CBS" to the short code 81818 with the use of a mobile capable device and get a reply, download the App, VideoID one or more of the CBS Monday's Shows during an Entry Period and enter the information requested in the Sweepstakes page inside the App.

Twenty seven weekly prize winners will be selected in a separate random drawings from all eligible entries received during the weekly entry period. One Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about May 16, 2012 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the promotion period. Winners will be informed by telephone or cell phone.

Weekly prize winners will each receive promotional products from one of the CBS Mondays' Shows (ARV: $30 each).

Grand prize winner will receive a 3-Day/2-Night trip to Los Angeles, California with one guest. Trip includes round-trip coach air transportation; double occupancy standard hotel accommodations; and a visit to the set of one of the CBS Mondays' Shows (ARV: $3,500).
